The Minds Behind the Machines: Mohan Naidu and Tushad Driver, Alphathena
Founder, CEO 
Mohan brings deep experience in investment research and technology in his role as CEO. He has been recognized by StarMine and Institutional Investors for his research efforts, and is an avid participant in deep learning AI technology research. Mohan holds an MBA and is a CFA Charterholder, and most recently as Managing Director at Oppenheimer.
Co-founder, CTO
Tushad brings two decades of software development, technology consulting, and product management. He has extensive experience in developing AI, predictive data and analytics, and managing high-performance teams. Prior to co-founding Alphathena, he held high-level positions at Gray Matter Analytics, PwC Strategy, and GE Healthcare.
Head of Index Solutions
Kerri is a seasoned investment professional, specializing in portfolio management, portfolio construction, direct indexing, tax loss harvesting, and ESG integration. Prior to joining Alphathena, Kerri was a Senior Portfolio Manager at Vanguard focused on direct indexing, and managed portfolios at PGIM Quantitative Solutions, highlighting her comprehensive industry experience and leadership capabilities.

Mark acts as a main point of contact with the ETFS Capital investee companies. By bringing his extensive experience of the asset management space, Mark offers our founders strategic insight alongside general business acumen to bring significant value.
Prior to joining ETFS Capital, Mark was CEO at ETF Securities. He also led UBS’ highly successful Securities Lending Franchise in Zurich and was a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs International.

As an advisor to Alphathena, Peter brings unrivaled experience in advising early and mid-stage companies. He is a founding partner of Blackthorne Capital Management, is a member of Hyde Park Angels, and serves as CEO of the family of Warhawk Funds. Peter retired as a Partner from Goldman Sachs in 2005.

A recognized leader who has successfully held multiple senior executive positions leading businesses, including the operations of three U.S. (SEC) regulated securities markets, Ed’s innovative spirit helps to guide Alphathena’s development.
